Kitchen – living room (37,12 sq.m) has a fitted electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and a microwave. There is a dining table with six chairs, a sofa bed, three armchairs and a coffee table.
Master bedroom (15,71 sq.m) provides with a wardrobe, double bed (180×200), two bedside tables. The other bedroom (13,56 sq.m) has two single beds (90×200), a bedside tables, a wardrobe and an armchair.
The first bathroom (5.35 sq.m) is equipped with a bathtub. There is a washing machine. The smaller bathroom (4.37) is equipped with a shower stall.
There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The guests are provided with toiletry items and sets of towels. Anti-allergic bed linen. For safety of guests’ personal belongings a safe is provided.
Wi-Fi. Air conditioning. The apartment is under the 24 hours security.
Free of charge parking for the guests in the yard. Guests also may use the underground parking upon the reservation due to limited number of parking places.
