65 sq.m two-bedrooms apartment Spring with two balconies facing the forest and the yard accommodates perfectly 3 guests. Entrance hall with a wardrobe.
Kitchen – living room (27 sq.m) has a fitted electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. There is also a capsule coffee machine NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto. There is a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, an armchair and a wardrobe. There is a washing machine.
Master bedroom (12 sq.m) provides with a double bed (160×200), a bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers. The other bedroom (12 sq.m) has a single bed (120×200), a bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers.
The larger bathroom (6 sq.m) is equipped with a bathtub. The small bathroom (2,3 sq.m) is equipped with a shower stall.
The apartment is provided with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The guests are provided with toiletry items and sets of towels. Anti-allergic bed linen.
For safety of guests’ personal belongings a safe is provided.
Wi-Fi. Air conditioning. The apartment is under the 24 hours security.
Free of charge parking for the guests in the yard. Guests also may use the underground parking upon the reservation due to limited number of parking places.
