50 sq.m one-bedroom apartment Salt with a balcony facing the yard accommodates 2-3 guests. Entrance hall with a wardrobe.
Kitchen – living room (24 sq.m) has a fitted electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. There is also a capsule coffee machine NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto.
In the living room: dining table with four chairs, sofa-bed, armchair, TV. The bedroom (15,5 sq.m) provides with a wardrobe, double size bed (160×200), sofa, two bedside cabinets.
The bathroom (5,5 sq.m) has a bathtub. There is a washing machine.
There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The guests are provided with toiletry items and sets of towels. Anti-allergic bed linen. For safety of guests’ personal belongings a safe is provided.
Wi-Fi. Air conditioning. The apartment is under the 24 hours security.
Free of charge parking for the guests in the yard. Guests also may use the underground parking upon the reservation due to limited number of parking places.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. No pets please.
Free of charge cleaning service is provided to guests staying 7 days and longer.
